NEW VENTURE DISCERNING APPRENTICE
As a Discerning Apprentice, Tyler is partnering with theXchange, a New Venture in Owen Sound, ON. Tyler will meet regularly for one-on-one mentoring and have opportunities for further development and learning experiences. As a part of his discovery and discernment experience, Tyler will be joining with Jesus to take a closer look at the following questions, Who is God calling me to be? Where and to whom? and What is God asking me to do?
“The goal for my apprenticeship is to discern God’s will and to discover who I am, where I am called to go, and who I am called to serve.” Tyler is confident that, “The sense of joy, purpose, and fulfillment I experience when I operate in ministry positions (specifically preaching) is beyond comparison.”

Pray
We have a young and growing family. Our daughter is 18 months old, and we have a newborn as well. Please pray that I would love my wife well in this season and always.
Pray for grace and wisdom in our home - that we would sense the help and support of the Lord as we endure the many new challenges of parenthood.
Pray that we would have sensitivity to the voice and to the moving of the Holy Spirit. I do not want to rush, strive, or be too distracted to listen and look for God's leading.
Pray that I would have an increasing desire to love, serve, and help people.
Pray that I would have confidence and clarity in who I am, and in what God is calling me to do.
