APPRENTI EN NOUVELLE OEUVRES | NEW VENTURE APPRENTICE

Mario Coulombe a accepté le rôle d'apprenti Nouvelles Œuvres en partenariat avec l'Église the180 et le district Saint-Laurent de l'Alliance au Canada. Ce partenariat lui offre une occasion unique de s'engager dans le ministère actuel de l'Église the180, tout en explorant une variété de rôles qui amélioreront ses compétences et élargiront son expérience du ministère. Il travaille actuellement à l'obtention d'un baccalauréat en théologie, un programme qu'il s'est senti appelé à poursuivre pendant de nombreuses années. Mario et sa femme Judy ont trois garçons adultes et fréquentent l'Église the180 depuis plus de cinq ans.

À the180, Mario se concentrera sur des domaines clés tels que la planification d'événements, le ministère des hommes, le développement du leadership et l'aide à la traduction. Ces responsabilités lui permettront non seulement de renforcer ses capacités, mais aussi de contribuer à la mission et au rayonnement global de l'Église. En outre, il explorera les possibilités d'affiner ses compétences en matière de prédication et d'enseignement en servant dans d'autres Églises du district Saint-Laurent. Cet engagement inter-églises lui permettra de mieux comprendre les divers besoins et dynamiques au sein du district.

Tout au long de son apprentissage, Mario bénéficiera d'un mentorat continu qui le guidera dans l'obtention de son permis d'exercice du ministère.  Il continuera également à s'immerger dans la culture et les valeurs de l'Alliance au Québec, renforçant ainsi son lien avec cette communauté et ce contexte particulier.

Mario Coulombe has stepped into the role of New Venture Apprentice in partnership with the180 Church, and the Saint Lawrence District of The Alliance Canada. This partnership provides him with a unique opportunity to engage the current ministry at the180, while also exploring a variety of roles that will enhance his skills and broaden his ministry experience. He is currently working towards his Bachelor of Theology, a program he has felt called to pursue for many years. Mario and his wife Judy have 3 grown boys and have attended the180 Church for the past 5+ years. 

At the180 Church, Mario will focus on key areas such as event planning, men’s ministry, leadership development, and providing translation support. These responsibilities will not only strengthen his abilities, but also provide opportunity for him to contribute to the overall mission and outreach of the church. Additionally, he will explore opportunities to refine his preaching and teaching skills by serving in other churches within the Saint Lawrence District. This cross-church engagement will allow him to develop a greater understanding of the diverse needs and dynamics within the district.

Throughout his apprenticeship, Mario will benefit from ongoing mentorship that will guide him as he pursues his ministry licensing.  He will also continue to immerse himself in the culture and values of The Alliance in the Quebec region, further solidifying his connection to this community and context.
