An emerging community in Halton, ON

Groundswell came together as a movement of the Spirit within a number of families seeking God for what was next in their spiritual journey.

As Pastor Cyril Guérette preached on discerning what God was saying to them as individuals and the contemporary church, it became clear something unique was rising in their midst. The Spirit was putting in their hearts a vision for a “groundswell” of people: called of God, fixed on Jesus, inspired by the Spirit, grounded in Scripture, and formed through community.
