Allan Descheneau

Allan Descheneau, also known as XtianNinja, is a pastoral counsellor and Bible teacher who has partnered with Bayview Glen Church to engage the virtual world on Twitch, an online platform with over 30 million active daily users. Trusting God’s prompting, he will continue to be a nurturing presence in the virtual neighbourhood and pastor those who are dialoguing and engaging with him through this medium.
Recognizing that many who are dwelling on the virtual neighbourhood may struggle with social anxiety, loneliness, abuse, learning disabilities and mental health issues, Allan sees the significance of using virtual platforms to engage with many who need Jesus and community.
He is also the founder and executive director of TACO: The Alliance for Creative Outreach, a group that networks and trains up other Christian content creators to utilize their social media influence to proclaim and embody the good news of Jesus.
