APPRENTICE based in Calgary, AB
Ryan is a strong young leader from the Atlantic Canada, with a passion for seeing the church thrive, as well as a strong passion for business and entrepreneurship. Ryan has worked hard to launch a coffee roasting business, Collective Coffee Roasters, in Calgary, AB.
A commitment to the church is at the heart of this business and he plans to donate a portion of the profits to fund the Alliance’s plans for renewal in Atlantic Canada. He also hopes for the coffee shops to be places of employment for bi-vocational pastors, as well as possible meeting spaces for churches.
In order to develop a young leader in the denomination, this apprenticeship will focus on Ryan’s development as a Alliance worker, and will provide space for Ryan to discern his calling and connection to the Alliance and its mission.

About New Ventures Apprenticeships
Our apprenticeships offer the space for new leaders to pursue clarity about what Jesus has called them to be and become. There are three main questions that guide an Apprentice’s journey:
1. Who is God calling me to be?
2. To whom and where is he calling me to?
3. What is he calling me to do?
More than providing space for personal reflection or formal training, New Ventures Apprenticeships help leaders take their next steps by learning through doing. Want to learn more? Contact us.
